AACCI was delighted to host the Economic Development Board Bahrain representatives  for a range of business meetings in Sydney, networking lunch function and a round table meeting in Melbourne and an evening reception in Perth.

Built on a rich history of trade, Bahrain is strategically located in the Middle East and offers a sophisticated financial services infrastructure and mature logistics network across the Middle East region, positioning it as the ideal hub from which to access the US$1.6 trillion Gulf market.

AACCI in collaboration with Austrade Dubai, for the fourth year was delighted to host the MENA Connection 2018 Seminars, with Tech Visions Creating opportunities for Australia being the central theme of this year’s event. The seminar also provided insights on key regional trends, initiatives, networks and multi sector trade opportunities for Australian firms as well as Expo 2020 Dubai.

AACCI Victoria was delighted to host the 2018 Victoria AGM at the International Chamber House on 28 August. The AGM was attended by over 40 members followed by a ‘Meet the Members’ Networking event. Long-term members of AACCI as well as newly joined members were able to forge business relationships and personal bonds.

AACCI Victoria was delighted to participate in another combined chambers event hosted in conjunction with the International Chamber House, with small business and international trade being the theme of the evening. Small Business Victoria’s presentations showcased case studies of small business successes.

Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI) Victoria was delighted to host the Dubai Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Trade Mission to Melbourne on 28 and 29 June 2018.

The FDI Dubai Trade Mission was led by HE Mr. Fahad Al Gergawi, CEO Dubai FDI and included senior representatives of a number of trade free zones: Dubai South, Dubai Science Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Health Authority, Dubai World, Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority, Dubai Exports and Dubai Multi Modal Commodities Centre.

The Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI) was delighted to host the Dubai Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Trade Mission to Sydney & Melbourne on 25-29 June 2018.

AACCI Victoria was delighted to host a delegation from the American university of Sharjah (AUS) Alumni Advancement Program. The university was established in 1997 and celebrated its 20th anniversary last year. It has a base of over 13,000 alumni across the world, with approximately 1000 alumni located in Australia. The purpose of the AUS visit was to launch their Alumni Chapters in Sydney and Melbourne. The official launch of their Melbourne Alumni Chapter occurred at AACCI’s event.
