Get a taste of enchanting Arabic poetry of Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish.
This event will feature selected readings of Darwish's poems in both English and Arabic and will be accompanied by Fouad Hraqah on the melodious oud. It will be held at the Central Queensland University campus in Melbourne, 108 Lonsdale Street from 5:45pm to 7:30pm on Tuesday 13 March.
Everyone is invited to attend this special evening, which commemorates one of the most influential literary figures of contemporary Arabic.
