The Western Australia Chapter of the Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI) was founded in 1975 and today has about 70 members.
The activities and services of AACCI (WA) are overseen by an eight-member Management Committee – a Chairman, Deputy Chairman and six elected committee members. Day-to-day management is the responsibility of the Executive Officer. AACCI (WA) conducts networking functions monthly, usually with a notable guest speaker. Meetings are also held with visiting trade delegations and diplomatic representatives of Arab countries. Outbound trade missions to Arab countries are also conducted periodically.
