AACCI 2012 Trade Mission to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia
19-26 February 2012 *postponed
The proposed mission to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia has been postponed, due to the postponement of the Riyadh International Exhibition.
Further details on the proposed mission outlined below will be provided once it has been rescheduled.
AACCI will provide full support to interested companies in participating in the mission, including individual business match making programs, visa applications, accommodation and transport throughout the trip.
Highlights of the mission:
- Individual match making programs with key business contacts and stakeholders in the UAE and Saudi Arabia
- Networking functions in Dubai, Riyadh and Jeddah
Registration Fee
AACCI Members: $2,500
Non-Members: $3,500
The registration fee covers:
- AACCI administration and coordination of tailored individual business matching programs in the UAE and Saudi Arabia,
- AACCI Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Cynthia Dearin to accompany the group and act as an in-country liaison and facilitator throughout the trade mission,
- Trade mission handbook and participants' directory, and
- Access to dedicated travel agencies and discounted travel and accommodation rates provided by AACCI preferred suppliers. We are currently obtaining quotes for a travel mission package that will be offered to participants and will include international airfares, accommodation and local ground transport by mini-bus etc.
What's not included?
- International air travel, accommodation, meals and beverages
- Local ground transport
- Any costs of participating in relevant trade fairs. Generally we will be visiting these events as members of the public and will not be charged. However we recognise that some mission participants may wish to participate as delegates to one or more of the events listed - this they need to do on their own account through the trade fair organisers.
- N.B. As mentioned above, we are arranging for a package of airfares, accommodation and ground transport (usually by mini-bus of suitable size for the group) to be offered separately.
